How many singers are you registering?
If you are registering more than two singers, please complete and submit an additional form.
Singer Information
What is your relationship to the singer?
If the singer prefers to go by another name (for example, ‘Alex’ instead of ‘Alexander’), please let us know here.
Please provide only the singer’s mobile phone number. This number will be used exclusively during the course to send daily updates. Do not provide the number of a parent or guardian, as the singer must receive vital information directly during the course.
Gender

Someone from The Rodolfus Foundation team will be in touch to discuss your personal situation. This is because most boarding and residential houses have sleeping and bathroom facilities designated for ‘boys’ and ‘girls’. Our policy is that singers sleep in accommodation corresponding to their biological sex. We are more than happy to have a confidential conversation with you beforehand to address any concerns.

Have you attended a Rodolfus Choral Course before?
Do you have any medical, dietary, access, or pastoral requirements that it would be helpful for us to know?
It is essential that we receive any medical or dietary information as far in advance as possible. Even if you have attended a course before, please inform us of anything that might be important.

As part of your application, we request a brief reference from a singing or music teacher. Please note that this reference does not affect your acceptance onto the course. Its sole purpose is to provide our directors and singing teachers with additional insight into you and your musical experience so far. Please be aware that references are only accepted through our online portal. If you do not have a singing or music teacher, or are unsure, please get in touch with Helen at helen@therodolfusfoundation.com

Will you be applying for a means-tested bursary?
We have two deadlines for means-tested bursary applications: 5pm on 13th February 2026 and 5pm on 24th April 2026. We encourage you to apply as early as you can.
Please only apply if you meet our eligibility requirements, which you can find here: BURSARY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

Do you live in the UK?
Could you pay a £10 deposit per singer to reserve the place until the bursary results are announced? This deposit is refundable up until 6 weeks before the start of the course.
