Someone from The Rodolfus Foundation team will be in touch to have a chat about your personal situation. The reason we do this is because most boarding and residential houses are set up to cater for the sleeping and bathroom facilities of 'boys' and 'girls'. The Rodolfus Foundation Policy is that singers sleep in the accommodation for their biological sex while respecting their gender identity. We are more than happy to have a confidential discussion with you first.

What voice part do you currently sing?
Will you be bringing a musical instrument with you to play in the orchestra?
The orchestra is something the singers can choose to do as one of the extra musical activities during the course.

We will check in again later in the year if there have been any changes, but it is useful for us to give a heads up to the venue if any extra support is needed or if different dietary requirements will need to be accommodated.

As part of your application, we request a brief reference from a singing or music teacher. Please note that this reference does not impact your acceptance onto the course. Its purpose is solely to provide our directors and singing teachers with some additional insight about you and your musical experience so far. Please be aware that references are only accepted through our online portal.

You can either ask us to contact your referee directly or send the online portal link to your referee yourself.

Are you interested in applying for a non-residential place?
Will you be applying for a means-tested bursary?
Bursaries are available for applicants from the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
Is your household income, or the income of both parents/guardians responsible for the applicant, below £65,000?
Applications with incomes over £65,000 are not considered for a bursary. To reserve your place, please pay the deposit and let us know if setting up a payment plan will help with the course fees.
Are you an international applicant?

We are asking all international applicants to pay the full course fee on application. The refund policy still applies. The amount due is subject to a 2.9% processing fee. Please click HERE make the payment. Make sure to submit the application form on this page in order to confirm your application.

REFUND POLICY

If you cancel your place before 1st July all fees are refunded. If you cancel your place between 2nd July and 21st July we will refund 50% of the fees paid. If you cancel your place on or after 22nd July, no refund will be given.

The £10 deposit is refundable if you do not come on the course and cancel your place before the end of June 2024
